Something happened yesterday that fill me with happiness and sadness and the same time, a show of dignity and panache that forever will be remembered at our office, and the IT community in Puerto Rico.

The new guy is not always better that the guy before, this is the calm before the storm.

Morale in the IT industry

I often find myself going thru information about how to improve the morale in the workplace and I have come to realize that these are the essentials for moral boost in the workplace.

1. Coffee and Donuts- Brain food has one of my trusted coworkers putt’s it (JC my man).
2. Once a month movie out afternoon- How about once in a while letting the help desk personel off the hook and let them go to Plaza las Americas and watch a movie.
3. Feel a little funky stay at home and work- One word Tele commuting.
4. Gadgets, gadgets, gadgets,- www.thinkgeek.com need I say more.
